THE LAW FIRM OF

CHARLEY GEE P.C.

EXCLUSIVELY REPRESENTING INJURED PEOPLE AGAINST

INSURANCE COMPANIES, CORPORATIONS, AND THE GOVERNMENT

I have written free books to explain, in plain language, Oregon’s bicycle and pedestrian laws.

These books include quick reference guides to the laws, the actual language of the laws, frequently asked questions about how insurance works, and articles on what to do if you're involved in a collision.

About

Charley Gee P.C.

Charley Gee is an experienced personal injury attorney in Portland, Oregon, where he exclusively represents people against big insurance companies and corporations and the lawyers they hire to minimize or destroy people's claims.

Charley handles claims statewide in Oregon and Washington.  He has experience in the investigation and resolution of countless motor vehicle crashes (including bicycle and pedestrian cases), product liability, and wrongful death claims, as well as dangerous premises and animal attack cases.

Charley started his legal career at the lowest rung, as a file clerk and legal assistant, so he understands not only the legal side of cases, but the practical side, and how important it is for clients to always be able to speak to their lawyer.
